• 1:00  PM – 7:30 PM - Number/packet pick-up at Art Car World (ACW)– 401 E. 9th Street, Douglas, AZ. Please have your personal identification with you

• 6:00 PM - Rider meeting (mandatory) - Art Car World Lobby Area

Saturday, November 15, 2025

• 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM – LATE Event Packet Pick-up – ACW (NO Long Course !!)

• 7:55 AM – National Anthem – Mexico and USA

• 8:00 AM – Long Course Participants – START

• 8:25 AM – Medium Course Participants  - START

• 8:40 AM – Short Course & E-Bike Participants – START

• 8:45 AM – Aid Station #1 OPENS - John Slaughter Ranch (JSR - 17 miles)

• 9:30 AM – Aid Station #2 OPENS – Geronimo Trail (GTR - 29 miles)

• 10:00 AM –  Aid Station #3 OPENS – Coronado National Forest (+/- 39 miles)

• 10:05 AM – Short Course Riders start to return to Douglas.

• 11:15 AM – Aid Station #4 OPENS – Mormon Marker – Skratch Labs

• 11:20 PM – Medium Course riders start to return to Douglas.

• 12:30 PM – JSR Aid Station #1 CLOSES

• 12:35 PM – Long Course Riders start to return to Douglas.

• 2:00 PM – GCR Aid Station #2 CLOSES (8.5 miles down GCR)

• 2:30 PM – Coronado National Forest Aid Station #3 CLOSES

• 3:55 PM – Awards Ceremony – All 3 Distances – Art Car World – Lobby Area

• 4:00 PM – Aid Station #4 CLOSES – Mormon Battalion Marker – Skratch Labs

• 4:30 PM – All Three Courses are CLOSED – Swept for All participants

• 4:45 PM – BOG Post Events Events Start – Welcome Tirrito Farm and E.Y.S.

• 5:00 PM – Finish Line CLOSES – ALL Riders must be @ the FINISH line-DNF
